I can find Dreamcast emaluators and even PS emaluators (not that the PS ones work), but I can't seem to find any roms for Crazy Taxi.
Can anyone help me out with this?

Your in luck, the only ISO (rom) which this site has available for download is Crazy Taxi for the DC

It's self boot so you don't need a boot disc to play it. Will play both on the computer and Dreamcast.
