Strange Problem with GTA 4?

I am getting very strange problem with the pc version of GTA IV..After sometime the screen starts shaking pretty badly and when I get in a car, it starts moving itself....and after sometime it gets on fire and explodes...

Is there is an officially announced fix for this problem?

I have tried latest patch also.

My system specification:

Intel D945GCNL Board
Core 2 Duo @2.2ghz
2 GB ram @ 667 bus
Nvidia 8500GT 1GB
Windows XP service pack 3(updated from service pack 2)

Reinstall it



Delete your previous data



If those don't work, try to install it on another pc and see if it works there

well i don't quite know a lot about gta4 on the PC but there is a possibility you got hacked and they messed up your controls and such, (it is possible its happened to me on other games)
