Can the horde get to Dun morogh anymore in WotLK? Besides the goblin transporter in booty bay is there a way?

yep, you can, though its a bit of a hike. the only way into Dun Morogh is from Loch Modan. from there north is Wetlands and south is badlands.
from the south:
there is a flight path in badlands if you have it, but if you dont you'll have to take the incredibly long way. the only way from that direction is to the zeppy to grom gal base camp in stranglethorn vale. head north up through duskwood. while it isn't on the way, i recommend heading east through deadwind pass to get the flightpath from swamp of sorrows (its in the middle on the south end). from duskwood you'll need to go north east to redridge, and north east again to the burning steps. this will be tricky to do if you arent at least 40-50. in the north west of the burning steps is blackrock mountain. go in there and run around the outer ring until you get to the exit leading to searing gorge. get the flight path in northern searing gorge and head east through a pass to the badlands. the flightpath you're looking for here is in the northeast corner. north out of badlands will take you into loch modan. from here the entrance to dun morogh is north east of the entrance to the area as the crow flies, but you'll have to dodge through the mountains to get there. look for a tunnel leading through one of the mountains to get you there.
that's the long way
from the north:
the shorter way is from the north. assuming you already have the flight path at tarren mill and are starting there, head east to arathi highlands. there is a flightpath here in the north east corner, but the entrance to wetlands is south in the middle. in wetlands follow the road south and east until you come to a tunnel. that will take you into loch modan where you can find the way to dun morogh

Dun Morogh is Alliance territory, what are you doing running around there? ...Anyway, you're completely off in your mapping. The Blasted Lands are further south than Searing Gorge. The quickest way for you to get there is by traveling from the Swamp of Sorrows. The Blasted Lands lies directly south of Stonard (the Horde base in the Swamp of Sorrows). If you don't have Swamp of Sorrows, you can back up a bit and go there from Stranglethorn. Simply head northward into Duskwood, then west into Deadwind Pass. Continue west through the Pass and you'll reach Swamp of Sorrows. If for some some god-awful reason you don't have Stranglethorn, you can get there via a zepplin that travels there from both the Undercity and Orgrimmar. Of course this is all completely avoidable if you go to the Mage Trainer at any major Horde city (Orgrimmar, Silvermoon, Undercity, or Thunderbluff). There is a portal somewhere near that mage trainer that says Portal to the Blasted Lands. It takes you right to the foot of the Dark Portal.

Yeah I'm pretty positive you can still go through wetlands from arathi highlands and when you come to the intersection after you get off the small bridge in wetlands go to the left and you should go through the tunnel things to get to dun morogh.
