its your GPU.its an integrated card which eats the main system memory.

i would recommend that you get a new graphics card.

i will recommend some cards if you provide the following.

I.motherboard model.

II.smps

III.budget.

Your graphic card isn't that good, and I assume you meen the 3d problem? Some video cards can get updates for that,

Ok you can easily update your card right here:

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Desktop+graphics+drivers&ProductProduct=Intel%C2%AE+G41+Express+Chipset

Just fill in which version of windows and then fill in in the search bar; G41.

This is an example of a right update file, though this one if for windows Vista: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=18631&keyword=G41&lang=eng

Now your graphics card doesnt have to be a problem, just be sure you play in the lowest resolution, that also gives your RAM a bit more breathing space.

But your RAM is quite low, a known problem among XP computer, nevertheless I upgraded my RAM, something you need to do.

Keep in mind, XP is still the best PC software, makes sooo way more sense than all the others.

If you still have questions place them in details, or comment them,.

I see no problem with ur system to run NFS MW!

i completed the game on Pentium 4 , 1.8 Ghz, 512 mb RAM and no graphics card like NVIDIA,ATI, windows XP (SP2)! and trust me there was no problem as such.

Try to set the graphics to minimum level. turn off the motion blur etc and set it to minimum graphics.

If it still persists then try re-installing the graphics driver through the CD that u must have recived with your motherboard.

I cannot say anythng abt Crysis warhead as i completed it on win7 and i3 processor.

So, good luck with NFS MW.

Note: the problem must be with ur graphics driver
