Well, the summary of Halo is a religious war between humans and aliens (who have a way to obliterate the universe). You must stop the aliens while also taking down the Flood (a species of space parasites). Halo 3 is the last game in the current story arc which is why everyone is so excited about it. It also has the best online play over any first person shooter game. If you manage to play it, you'll understand the hype.

it's just a really fun game, if you have a 360, a few extra bucks, and a store with a copy, you should get it
the story is okay, but the co-op and multiplayer modes is where the game shines, give it a try, and you'll probably get into it at least a little

it's been a very popular series of games, but it's really popular because it's something new and you get to kill things in it. i havent really played it that much, but all i know is that it is mainly where everyone gets to kill everyone. no clue why everyone thinks its cool i guess just cause people want to kill people leagally.

just a real popular first person shooter game...i dont play it but i think its where aliens invade the earth...surviving humans kill them, but going online to face other gamers around the globe is a whole different concept...which is wat most ppl do and online gaming is awsome!
