everytime i put in my pso v2 backup in the dreamcast , code breaker doesn't read it. how do i fix this?

every time after i select my cheats i start the game then it says "the disc is invalid". both the pso and codebreaker were burnt using disc juggler. how do i fix this? or why is this happening?
