Why Wont falion leave his house in skyrim?

Question

I talked to him and got the gem, now its full and I am back in Marthal however I wait hour by hour and go through the days he never leaves his house, I broke in and all he did was yell, why wont he leave his house so I can get rid of this shitty vampire curse.

Go to the summoning circle north of Morthal and wait to about 5/6 am.

Artyom , I tried your method, I was able to find him around 5am once, but after filling gem, I spent three days around same time but he never came again , so I found this method useful,

open command screen by pressing " ` " , the button beside 1 on key board

then enter " player.moveto 0001aa5e " , this will teleport you to Falion too, then take quest or turn in to remove vampirism , also

1. it will make you to loose you companion so before you do, ask companion you don't need him so he returns home, I will use my companion ID to move to him (since i didnt know it will happen)

2. It will also fix the bug where you can not enter Falion home, for me it did :P

Wake his *** up after breaking in and pay the fine and when you spawn in town, go to his house and he won't be sleeping and you can go in. This pissed me off cause I turned into a vampire three times fml
