in pokemon emerald, you used a cheat to get all pokeballs, it FILLED your key items with useless items, there by making it impossible to get the items legitimately in the game, the only solution is to delete all of the items in the bag slot and in turn cheat to buy them all back 1 at a time

This did not work for me :( The only thing it cleared was my pokeball slots, my key items are all still every kind of pokeballs and cant seem to figure out how to clear that now! Please help!
