Here is a list of foods that you can forage or buy that restore your stamina. The measurements indicate how much stamina the item restores if you have the starting meter with no Power Berries.

Honey +46

Good egg +42

Good cheese +42

Good milk +35

Very Berry +28

Pontana Root +20 (restores fatigue)

Green Herb +19 (restores fatigue)

Purple Herb +19 (restores fatigue)

Here is a list of foods that you can grow/catch/cook that

restore your stamina. Again, the measurements indicate how much stamina the item restores if you have the starting meter with no Power Berries.

Blowfish Sashimi +200 (or -200, rarely)

To make: Knife Set, Blowfish

Toadstool Sauté +200 (restores fatigue)

To make: Frying Pan, Toadstool, Butter

Jamasquid Sashimi +100

To make: Jamasquid, Knife Set

Cheese Omelette +74

To make: Frying Pan, Egg, Milk, Butter, Cheese

Plain Omelet +62

To make: Frying Pan, Egg, Milk, Butter

Apple +55

Miso Mackerel +50

To make: Pot, Mackerel

As you can see, some foods are better than others. I tend to stick with what I can forage (or buy if I have the funds.) Blowfish can be turned into Sashimi and eaten, but will rarely have the effect of draining all of your stamina and making you faint (thus the -200 on the list.) Usually though, it will restore all of your stamina (which is why I listed it as +200.)

Toadstool Sauté is the best dish you can make - it restores all of your stamina and fatigue. But Toadstools can only be foraged, not grown, and you need the ability to make (or the funds to buy) Butter before you can turn it into Toadstool Sauté.
