Rooms in fallout 3 are glitched. Please Help!?

There are 3 rooms in my game that I know of that when I enter all there is in there is the door behind me and various things. Everything else in the room is gone like i enter another universe even without a door. If i move at all i get trapped inside my companion or other npc's. My disc is a little scratched but nothing that looks bad at all. Is it my companion? my disc? or is it a known bug fixed with a stupid but simple solution. HELP?!?

Clean your disc. Take it a place that will take all the scratches off. Skipping or glitching in a game usually means that the disc is dirty or damaged.
