where can you get a waterstone in pokemon platinum?

I would like to try to get all the eevees, and I already have Leafeon. But, if I want a Vaporeon, I need a water stone. Where can you get one? By the way I have Pokemon Platinum Version game.

There are many locations ingame where you can find Water stones, but the easiest and also the earliest location in the game is the Solacein Ruins.

If you go to the Ruins in the town with the daycare ( Solecion I think) go down to the B3rd floor and go to the bottom left set of stairs. To get to the B3rd floor go Top right set of stairs and then lower left set of stairs on the next floor to get to the B3rd floor.
