SKYRIM HELP ! Can't turn in any Larceny Items ...?

Question

So I finished all of the theives guild quests up to the point where you kill Mercer Frey . I saw inside of the theives guild that there are shelves with only a few items on them . I had turned in Bust of The Grey Fox , Model Ship , Ornate Drinking Horn , and the Left Eye of the Falmer . I looked online to find what the other items were and where they are . So I got all of them , and as I collected each of them , it gave me an objective at the top of the screen to 'Turn in (items name) to Delvin' .
I ended up just getting them all at once to save time . When I got all of them I returned to the theives guild and talked to Delvin , but there is no dialogue to let him buy the items from me . So I have the Dwemer Puzzle Cube , East Empire Shipping Map , Honningbrew Decanter and Queen Bee statue in my inventory but can't sell them to Delvin . Also , the objectives that tell me to return the items to Delvin aren't in my MISC Quests anymore . I am playing on the 360 and want to know if this is a bug and if it is can it be fixed .

I have the same problem. Apparently there is a bug that sometimes you can't turn in any items after the Darkness Returns quest. I have a suspicion though that If you turn in the Bust of The Grey Fox before some of them, it causes that bug.

Either it is a bug or you actually stole them. My character is very stealth based and so naturally more of a thief and assassin and I steal a lot on skyrim, basically all the items I steal go red in my house's storage (it is not limited to a set kind of item). You won't lose them if they are in a non resetting container (your house mainly) however if they are marked as stolen in your inventory you will lose them if arrested and you either pay the fine or go to jail. Personally I assume that they are more likely stolen in your situation then incorrectly marked as stolen due to a bug however as long as your not arrested with the them in your inventory it won't matter either way. (you can still sell stolen items with high speech and perks in it or at the thieves guild fence) If it is a bug then assume it will be patched and if it is stolen just work around it. If your on the PC then it is likely that if no official patch is released for it then people will make bug fix mods. (Oblivion had a mod that fixed a load of patches for the PC however you can't mod them on the console).
