I find the Imperial side more appealing, however, there is no real pro or con to either side of the war. Its the same in the basic mission quest

Stormcloak(s)

Ulfric - Racist megolmaniac

- He dosen't really mention worshiping Talos or that being an issue even when he finishes he wants the Moot to form and declare him High King

-The racist theme versus the Dark Elves and Argonians continue or get worse

-Thieves run freely

-I do like the Stormcloak General Armor (But you can get it during the Battle for Whiterun from the Imperial side of the War.)

-Once the battle for Whiterun and Solitude are attacked both show has battle damage for the rest of the game no way to repair

Imperials

-General Tilius just doing his job (Note killing him is what the Thalmor want to remove imperial foot holds)

-By siding with the Imperials the new Jarl in Windhelm makes changes to help the Dark Elves and Argonians and quells racist behaviors.

-You will find dead thief bodies killed by the Imperial Soldiers especially in Riften

I really like the Imperial Heavy Armor (NOTE: You can find the Full helm inside the Meridia's Temple, just inside the door next to a dead body "Rare" Item)

I have some Thief Characters who have never taken a side in the Civil War...Not Enough Profit In It!

It doesn't matter which side you pick, both ways will have a serious negative effect on the Thalmor.

If the Stormcloaks win, the Thalmor and the Legion are forced out of Skyrim. If the Imperials win, then there will be a united Skyrim without conflict, which results in a possible rebellion agaisnt Thalmor, nords and imperials alike.

If you want to have a treaty, you'll have to finish more of the main storyline. The treaty is only temporary and will help whichever side you want the treaty to be in favour of. Please note that if you join the Imperials or the Stormcloaks, you cannot do the treaty mission. Only after the treaty mission do I choose a side, because I make the treaty work in my side's favour so the war is easier for me.

Normally I join the Imperials, because I am usually an Imperial, Orc or other Mer.

If I am a Nord or Breton, I pick the Stormcloaks.

If you really want to get into the story, you can help out Maven black Briar by joining the Imperials. If you complete the war, she will be on the throne of Riften. If you don't want Maven on the throne, join the stormcloaks.

Join the Legion, and help us repel the filthy rebels! For a United Skyrim!

The Stormcloaks is the best way to go. Why? Cause they are willing to die for what they believe in. The Empire is not worth dying for cause they are weak and they can never be strong again. The truth is that the moment the Empire signed the treaty, they had admitted defeat and agreed to be owned by the Thalmor. I do not respect the empire for that. Because the empire is weak and if it dies. Skyrim can always rebuilt the empire back to its former glory. Cause skyrim has done that once before and they can do it again. Who built the empire to begin with? It was skyrim who did all that for the empire. What will happen if the emperor dies? It maybe possible that skyrim will reform the ebonheart pack and fight against the aldmeri dominion for the seat of the empty throne. Just like the war back in the 2nd Era (TES:Online). Question is who's side is High Rock is on? Skyrim or the Thalmor?

I personally think Stormcloaks.

As Ralof says (If you go with him in Helgen) "I heard some things about Ulfric that I don't Like, but he's right about this war"

I agree with Ralof.

Here are some Pros and Cons about being a stormcloak

- Ulfric is racist and the Stormcloak guards call you IMPERIAL even though you'r CLEARLY wearing the Stormcloak officer armour, and could be annoying if you'r character is a Imperial (Like Mine), Dark Elf or a Argonian.

- There is no heavy Stormcloak armour

+ I don't see how ANYONE could side with the imperials after they almost cut your head off

+ I hated General Tullius from the start and it was SO satisfying to kill him

+ Vingar Grey-Mane (The Stormcloak Jarl of Whiterun) IS AN AMAZING CHARACTER

Your thoughts could be different if you went with the Imperial at the start but this is my opinion.

I am rather a Stormcloak supporter, but it is because my dragonborn is Nord.

Anyway, Thalmor definitely are not sided with Stormcloaks. They want to destroy the cult of Talos, so they prefer Legion. Without this cult, it would be much easier to claim that Mer should rule Men.

But they would like Civil war to last as long as possible.

Naturally, for Dunmer and Argonians would be better destroying the rebellion.

If you like whiterun DO NOT pick Stormcloaks since thy will order to attack whiterun. Also you can just make two different saves. One picking Stormcloaks the other Imperials ;) and get the achievements for both that route.

I always hold a grudge against the imperials for trying to execute me and just acting like complete douches. Go with the stormcloaks because their cauae is more Nobel.

Actually you have it backwards. The Stormcloaks are the ones who oppose Thalmor. It is the Imperials who are run by Thalmor and banned Talos.

There were so many woodworking plans with this collection and you will not believe this but there are over thousands plans in the one package deal. Go here https://tr.im/ManualOfWoodworking

This is really something to find that many all together. For someone like me who is just really starting to get involved with woodworking this was like letting me loose in a candy store and telling me I could have anything I wanted. That was my dream when I was a kid.
