how to run doom 3 on vista?

Question

doom 3 has been installed on vista but even in compatability mode for xp sp2 and 2000 it doesnt work

any advice?
After cracking it and running the new executable this error comes up

I DIDNT READ THE DETAILS BUT AFTER reading the heading, i think u must go 2 2 a c.d shop n ask them for the c.d of goom 3 which is windows vista capable
