Question:
Which World of Warcraft server and guild for an Orc Warlock?
?

I am starting an orc warlock character on World of Warcraft. I want to know which server will have a friendly social guild that is compatible with an orc warlock. I am in UK so it has to be on a Euro server, preferably RP-PVP.
I don't want a guild with lots of militaristic rules like I can't wear certain things or I can't ride a mount when I first start.
I want a social guild where I can continue to play my character how I like. I realise that guilds might not accept me as a member but I am hoping that a nice social guild will accept me.

Please can someone help me choose my server and guild.

Thanks

First off, I play on an RP server and they are no where near as stirct as others are mentioning.

Just dont name your Orc "JustinTimberlake" or something daft like that.

Amber would be fine for a Female Orc.

Loads of social guilds on Earthen Ring where I currently have my characters. Although it is a PVE not PVP server its well established (First RP server in Europe).

If you fancy making your Warlock on Earthen Ring let me know, will make ya some bags and help you out, am currently just starting a new Orc myself.

Recommend a Friend is a great way to get into the game with Triple Xp (300%) till level 60!

In summary, choose Earthen Ring, level with an experienced player (almost 4 level 80s) and create your own levelling social guild with me.

I play a Human Warlock, and I play on Azuremyst realm. Which is not PVP and is now quite highly populated but is a good realm to just do what you like.

I would recommend my guild as they are very social, let you do what you like and help each other out loads. But I'm alliance and your creating a horde character so I can't really invite you. hehe.

If you decide to create an alliance character let me know. Otherwise have fun with your character and good luck finding a guild. The best way is to go into one of the majoy cities and shout out that you are looking for a guild, loads will come at you and then you have a choice.

Good luck

RP isn't the way to go for social guilds I deleted characters due to strict naming conventions and rules on chat channels.

Saurfang is the newest realm (PVE) and hence you'll find a lot of people levelling characters on there, I had a couple of characters on there before I hit end game on my main and there are a good number of social guilds about.

If that doesn't tickle your fancy the Lightbringer is a well populated PVE server on which I have 6 characters from 1-80 Send "Salaht" a whisper.

Shut the **** up Heywood, noobface.

If you want a kind of social guild, it's best not to go on an RP server. They take it very seriously and I don't think you'd enjoy it much. Start of on a normal PvE or a normal PvP server, then move onto an RP server.

For PvP, I suggest MagtheridonEU. For normal PvE, I suggest Nordrassil. Nordrassil gets alot of bad rep, I know - but that's just because we're very silly and social there.

As I said in your last question, no one can choose your guild. The same goes for your server. If you want an RP-PvP server, then choose one of them from the server list, then find a guild you want to join. The Realm forums may have recruitment threads.
