Can you still use cheats in Starcraft 2 single player?

I heard about players getting banned for "cheating and/or hacking" but for single player? I mean just for fun I wanna play a custom map (exp:Tower defense, zealot frenzy, something) only on SINGLE PLAYER. NOT WITH OTHER PLAYERS

I've always played Starcraft matches honest and fair but im scared of getting banned just for adding little fun by myself (single player)

You can play any custom game by yourself. You do so by creating the custom game lobby and starting the game with only yourself in it. But I think you are referring to playing these custom games offline rather then online. At this time you cannot play the maps offline, I have tried even by logging in as a Guest and you only get the options for Campaign, Challenges, and Replays.

This would be a cool feature if Blizzard added it.

If you are referring to cheats that you can enter in the Campaign (Story Mode) the answer is, yes you are able to use them without getting banned. Blizzard put them in the game for the point of having fun. When you enable cheats it disables all Achievements until you disable the cheats or restarting the level.
