Are there any free downloadable co op games?

they have free online mmorpg's that you and a friend can both play. It is absolutly free, just make an account and download the game... the only thing the charge for is basically extras like clothes.

US Army has a game that you can download offline and it has co-op missions you can join in, and it is free
