Yes it is legal as it will not have any leveling or gold bots in there.
It will just tell you techniques to make gold in WOW.
Make sure it has a full guarantee, has been updated for the latest patch and also has videos so you can see what to do.

Yes. I used it for a while before I stopped playing. It's a great guide that teaches you how to run the market. I'd recommend it, and you'll make a ton of gold using it with hardly any work.
