She has tried changing different options in game to see if it helps but to no avail. It just seems strange that she is the only one with connection issues since we are both using the same network and same wireless modem. If anyone has any knowledge of this and has a solution we would appreciate it.
We have also notified Riot Games about it, but they stated that they have a lot of tickets to go through at the moment so it may be a while before we hear anything from them.
