why isnt my action replay codes working?

im using the code to capture a kindra. im putting the code in correctly, ive checked 4x already.
when i start up the game and press select a kingdra does not appear. so i checked this code for other pokemon and still does not work. but ive used this code before and it worked just fine

after i tried the action replay and did a gaggle of the stuff they said. The demonstrate screen in basic terms iced up and the game became performed. I had to promote it to GameStop and my finished document became lengthy gone. My suggestion isn't to apply cheats in video games alongside with pokemon, its even more desirable interesting without them.

MAkE SURE THAT THERE IS A TICk NEXT TO THE CODE IF THERE IS NOT CIick the code twice tiII a tick shows up if there is a tick means the codde is activated!
