Minecraft friend can't connect to server but I can!!?

PLEASE HELP.
I've read all over the internet and gotten no help for this!!
I have a vanilla server on Minecraft, and it's only white-listed to me and my friend. We both used to go on there fine, no problems. But tonight, she can't reach my server, but I can. It's running for me with no problems, just a little lag every now and then but I often get that. But we've tried restarting both our laptops, the IP addresses are fine, everything is exactly as it was when she used to go on there fine with me, but now she can't reach my server.
PLEASE HELP! We've spent so long on this world, I don't want her to never be able to come back!!

Make sure you didn't accidentally ban her from the server.



Have her ping the IP address for the server. Maybe her connection is getting hammered 1/2 way before she reaches it in which case you may just need to give it a day to resolve itself.



Make sure there aren't any firewall issues (ex. installed a new firewall/anti-virus program).

check your router page check that your internal ip hasn't changed sometimes when u restart your router it can change. Type ipconfig in the terminal then logon to router and check that ipv4 address is the same as the one on the terminal

calm down your internet and her internet are i what i call a "battle for supremacy" if your internet is better than hers or vise verse you guys might not be able to join from time to time so don't panic just wait it out
