* WHAT TO DO
First of all, you try to login, but your pin has completely changed correct? Quickly login to Nexon.net and change the password right away, if you haven’t done so. The hacker doesn’t know what your password is anymore, and then they can’t steal anymore of your stuff.
Right when someone hacks the account, they try to take valuable items as fast as possible, so be sure to always have a backup mule account and get your MS buddies to chase the hacker down until they log off, and when they try to login back in, the password has already changed, no missing items.
After the password has changed, make sure to verify your account so you can report it being hacked. It will take a day. After that’s done, follow these steps.
- Go to Maple Story Home
- Click on Support
- Go to Contact Us
- Under Costumer Service, 3rd paragraph, click on the “CANNOT LOGIN” link
- Enter your ID, Email Address, and Birth Date
