Saints row 4 is **** as hell, splinter cell is just like the previous titles, so get gta 5 this time its california map.

I would say GTAV. Both Saints Row and Splinter Cell are great games but i really think you will get a lot more out of GTA considering all the things they have added to it and the free roam ability to do whatever you want.

Saints row four is pretty much just a re-skinned DLC made into a full game that lacks any kind of immersion . So i would definitely learn towards Splintercell or GTA5
