You can't. once you use all 8 charges, it will crumble to dust. You'll need to either make some emerald rings and use enchant level 2 or buy more on the grand exchange.

Well, I don't think you can for the Ring of Dueling or Games Necklace. They just dissappear after their abilities are used up. (someone told me that you can use the enchanting runes on them to recharge them before they dissappear, but I don't think you can) To recharge an Amulet of Glory you'll need to have completed Heroes' Quest. In the Heroes' Guild there's a fountain you can dip your amulet into to recharge it's teleports.
