There are no enchants that will work on a common (white) item level 5 head slot item. Sorry!

[edit]

Also, librams are not enchants... they are items that can be used to create head enchants, but those enchants will not work on an item meant for a level lower than 50.

As for the rep vendors, they won't give head enchants until levels 60+. Head and shoulder enchants are very uncommon (if not non-existent since they removed the Bind on Account level 70 enchant for the Bind on Account shoulders) in levels under 50.

The thing is that that's a helm piece, and sure you can enchant helm pieces, but thats with rep stuff. and usually the rep stuff is like 70+ and im still not sure but i dont think you can enchant a small item leveled helm with a big enchant

there's a undeniable version of WoW it is greater nicely suited with Vista then the older variations. while procuring the activity, look on the area of the field, on the backside it could say nicely suited with ninety 8/ XP/ Vista

Straight answer: No.

No, you can't do that.

No, you can't enchant it, or anything else you want. Sorry.

10 points please! :) (this was after all the straightest answer.)
