How old is "too old" to play the Sims 2?

My sister is 18 years old and is easily embarrassed about the fact that she still plays the Sims 2. Sometimes I will jokingly threat her by saying, "I'm going to tell all of your senior friends you play the Sims 2!" and she replies with a panicked "No, please don't!"

- Is 18 years old too old to be playing the Sims 2?
- What age is too old?

to tell you the truth i dont think anyone is too old to be able to play the sims. Its just that persons opinion to think that it is too old or not...like my opinion is there isnt a age limit to sims....she shouldnt be ashamed i mean when i turn 18 i knw that i'm not going to be ashamed of playing sims 2

There are plenty of adults who play that game. A better question would be when is "too young" to play Sims 2. The game was designed for an older audience (13+) so she shouldn't be embarrassed at all. Most of the people I know who enjoy that game (myself included) are 16 and older.

At EA/Maxis, they have several walls with profile pics of users who play sims and sims 2 and some are old, some young, some middle age...

that game is a blast, i think plenty of people would agree.

my dad played it when he was in his high 30s haha so 18 really is not that bad

What is it with these kind of questions!??!? your never too old to do anything. Just because you play sims at 18 dont mean nothing, who cares let everyone know because why would they laugh??? only the rude persons friends would laugh and no one else because its just a game.

There is no age limit but there is a time limit for all ages if you play this game for more than 24/hrs straight there is a problem.

So there is nothing to be embarrassed about so enjoy and have fun .

please you have nothing to worry about , ilove the sims and i play it all the time , i think there no age thats to old if you like it and want to play it . then play it . and by the way i am 44 years old so just show this to all your friends . i say you are not to old , hope this helps you .
