I'm enjoying the game quite a bit, though I think TTYD was a little better.

Mario RPG Legend of the Seven Stars on SNES was great! Paper Mario the Thousand Year Door on Gamecube was even better! I really hope I'm NOT disappointed on Super Paper Mario for Wii. From what I see, it looks fun but I know looks can be deceiving. You're right though, I think they have taken the RPG part out of it and that IS what made it SO fun!



By the way, I wish I could FIND a Wii to buy! lol

I love-a em' all!!! Though Super Paper Mario is a really different dimentional trail from the other Paper Mario games, IT STILL DEALS WITH MARIO!!! YAY!!!

I really liked Mario RPG (snes)... never played paper mario (N64)... started playing Paper Mario and Thousand Year Door (GC) but just couldn't do the turn based fighting again (have to be in the right mood, i guess)... i loved Super Paper Mario... good story, fun gameplay.

I haven't played it, and I know that it's more of a platformer than the other Paper Mario games. I'm still excited about it though.



Have you ever played Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars? You would LOVE that game. Find it on the SNES or download an emulator and ROM....but keep in mind emulators and ROMs are illegal!

i think taking the RPG aspect of the game and replacing it with a platform style gaming is a huge mistake, thats what made the game good. i am not going to buy the game because of this, well for now anyway. when the price drops to $30 i might consider it.

i think its a game thats good, but doesn't deserve the paper mario title, they took out the RPG turn based elements which really ruins it, especially when that's what made it a unique mario game in the first place
