Just a matter of luck. You put your chips on the numbers you want and hope for the best. It just depends on what your luck level is at that moment in time. You can check you luck level out in the stats menu.

U have to wait untill u get 2 the thrid island and than go to the casnio but u have 2 get up ur gambling skill first
