You're really weak to rock, electric, and ice types in a general talk of what every team member is weak too. Let's see if we can counter that.

First, Rock Types.

Charizard has Blast Burn which pretty much OHKO's everything, so we shouldn't bee TOO worried here. Pidget has Steel Wing which helps it. Most rock types are also ground types, which effect Raichu. Raichu has Iron Tail or Dig to help it. Dragonite has Waterfall. Lapras has Ice Beam and Surf. Nidoqueen has Brick Break which can easily wipe out Rock Types. If it comes down to it, a good Counter can send back an Earthquake or a Rock Slide that was just used to destroy your opponent. Rock Types are officially now not a problem.

Next, Electric Types.

Charizard has Blast Burn, which again, kills everything. Pidgeot really doesn't know how to counter Electric types, but if you were smart, you wouldn't send out him against an Electrode or whatever in the first place. Raichu has dig and it resists its own type. Dragonite has Outrage, which, like Blast Burn, destroys things. It is basically the ultimate form of self defense. Lapras has Strength, but that's about it. Again, I'm not really expecting you to use your Lapras on an Electric Tye anyway, so I guess we're good. Nideoqueen, although being a ground type, has no ground move. It can counter Electric Types, but it doesn't have a solid move. Electric types can't really be improved on, but that Nidoqueen is something that we can.

Finally, Ice types.

Chariard melts them. Pidgeot can Steel Wing 'em if he has to, but again, I am implying that you are smart. Raichu has Iron Tail and Dig. Dragonite has... nothing against Ice types. Ice types are the way Dragonite falls. Let's put this in the parking lot as our second problem. Lapras can counter with its type, and because most Ice types are water types, Thunderbolt can do a lot of damage. Nideoquuen has Brick Break, but another move would be nice. Ice types are only a problem for Dragonite, but we'll fix this eventually.

So. My first problem would be Nidoqueen. It's a Ground/Poison type. Most the time it has the ability Poison Point, which Poisons foes on contact. It has a poison move but no ground move. Sludge Bomb is nice and all, but let's face it. When do you honestly use it. Poison does good against Grass, but in First Gen (well 3rd gen technically but in the First Gen Region) most of the grass types are also poison types. Plus, as I mentioned before, Poison Point which is a common ability can poison foes, a thing Sludge Bomb does often. Now, Nidoqueen needs a ground move. What's the number 1 ground move in Pokemon world? That's right! Earthquake! None of your other Pokes have it, so I don't know why you haven't taught it yet. A round type NEEDS earthquake. Pure power + STAB = brute force. Brick Break is a nice backing move, but Counter is a stretch. Shadow Ball can be good considering how lots of trainers use Psychic or Ghost types, and no one else on your team has a move that's good against them, plus it's a great move. It all comes down to Counter vs Sludge Bomb. This is your personal decision. It depends on how much you use Counter really. In my opinion, I would keep Counter and ditch Sludge Bomb for Earthquake.

Problemo #2: Dragonite. Ice type-->Dragonite=HUGE DAMAGE. Ice types are baaaaaaad against Dragonite. Fire types do good against Ice types. Teach it Fire Blast. Now we just got to examine the current moves. Waterfall: A HM that is great against things. Wing Attack: STAB Flying move. Pretty good. Outrage/Dragon Claw: Hmmm, two dragon moves. This isn't very good on a Dragonite. With so many possible moves a Dragonite can learn, usually only 1 Dragon move will do. Ditch Dragon Claw. I know Outrage can cause confusion and mess up your gameplan, but there are items to help that. Get rid of Dragon Claw and add in Fire Blast.

Here's my final suggestions:

Charizard: Up the PP on Blast Burn

Pidgeot: Ditch Wing Attack for a nice Normal move like Return

Raichu: Give it items that boost it's Speed and Attack.

Dragonite: Swap Dragon Claw for Fire Blast. Attach a Lum or a Persim berry to automatically snap

out of confusion when using outrage.

Lapras: Swap Thunderbolt for Thunder if you can.

Nidoqueen: Swap Sludge Bomb for Earthquake. Maybe even swap Counter for Rock Slide, as you have no Rock moves on your team.

I hope I helped ;)

Your team is pretty good - however, I would trade out Pidgeot for a Grass-Type Pokemon, probably an Exeggutor (IMO, the best grass-type in these games, second only to the Bulbasaur family) with the moves Psychic, Explosion, Hidden Power Fire, and Giga Drain. If you can, also get the move Superpower on Nidoqueen instead of Counter and get Fly on Dragonite instead of Wing Attack.

Hope I helped! :)

Thats an awesome team. You should have gotten a Swampert instead of Charizard. Swampert is awesome.

Leveling them up and continuing to battle will always help!
