Java + Pogo not working properly...HELP.?

Question

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Java at over 15 times (older versions and recent versions. I finally got the newest version (6.13) working. JVM test on Java said that it was working as normal. Problem is I am still unable to play at Pogo website. Enable all the required add-ons, cleared the temporary files in IE7 and Java cache, restart computer, restart browser, nothing works. I can play the games as a guest but when I log on, it tells me to install Java Plug-in. Complete the Java version and Java Plug-in test on Pogo website and it says that it should be functioning. Looked for answers on the web and everything says to uninstall and reinstall but tired of doing that. Decided to go to the UK Pogo website and logged in, it works. Pogo tech sucks because they have not helped. Anyone know if its Pogo website or something with my computer? Help.

Have you tried a different browser? A lot of people have problems playing pogo while using IE. I use Mozilla Firefox because it works so much better, especially with Pogo!

I have tried all the stuff that has been posted with no luck. good news though after trying everything I could for days finally went to my pc stuff and updated my system which I guess yhay needs to be done now that Microsoft changed there programs. well I have pogo back and running as good as new . hope this will also work for my pogo friends, coldfisherman623

attempt this: Open your administration panel, click on java, click on advaced, click on APPLET tag and be beneficial your cyber information superhighway browser is checked (if no longer ensure it and retry) regardless of if that's checked open pogo and pass to help and digital mail them.

try downloading the lastest version of flashplayer.

use firefox don't ask why cuz i dont know but i had the same problem...
