skyrim Dawnguard quests?

Okay, I've already completed the main Dawnguard quest. Sad, because I sided with Dawnguard, I can't turn my wife into a vampire.
Anyways, the side quests. Besides Ancient Technology, does their side quest ever end or is it a constant loop.

Their side quests are and endless loop of killing master vampires, saving some acquaintance from vampires, or looking for some special Dawnguard weapon or armor piece.

P.S. Serana can turn you into a vampire, but you will be kicked out of the Dawnguard unless you cure it.

P.S.S. the Dawnguard will also hunt you down if your a vampire.

If you have harkon's daughter, serana, as a follower, you can still become a vampire and maintain your membership in the dawnguard.
