Hey guys! I want to ask for a handheld for christmas, and was just curious as what your opinions are. Would your recommend a Nintendo DS or a PSP? If you recommend a PSP, is the PSP Go worth it? And what games do you recommend with your recommended handheld?

I would choose the PSP and NOT the PSP Go. PSP Go isn't worth it, it looks really lame and idk it doesn't look like its worth buying.

The PSP have a lot of games to choose from and it has better graphics than the DSi. It really depends on what kind of games you like, a lot of action or RPG adventure games. I think the best game so far i played on the PSP is the Final Fantasy 7 Crisis Core. What i also like about the PSP is that you can actually download YouTube and other video website like Veoh or Myspace Videos and you can actually watch them.

But the DSi is pretty good too. Its more like a kid-friendly type of games. The games are really easy to play like Cooking Mama or Mario Kart and of course Pokemon games. Most of the games isn't as challenging as the PSP games. And yes you can go online and take pics but you can also do that with the PSP.

Hey!

well to tell u the truth...i had exactly the same dilemma a few weeks back until i purchased the new sony psp3000

honestly its a wonderful gadget and has satisfied me to the fullest....as for psp GO....if u r willing to spend much ..u might go for dat but i would still recommend psp3000 as it has a better expandable memory nd would strongly say NO to the nintendo dsi as it stands nowhere in front of the PSP!

Depending on your age, if you're from 3-about 12 years old you'll like the DSi but as you become older you will find the games a bit childish, but the PSP has a larger choice of games (but most are 16+ or 18+). And basically, you can hear music in both, in the DSi you can take pictures, I think you can establish internet connection in both, so it really depends on your taste for games :-)

the two have their advantages. in case you in basic terms choose an uncomplicated video games console with super video games, decide for the DSi. in case you pick some thing that could play (switched over) Dvd's, play music and different issues, get a psp. additionally, it is particularly helpful to contemplate a psp 2000, as they are being bought off to clean inventory on the 2d, and are not that plenty diverse, in basic terms a relatively extra suitable exhibit and a mic. the comparable is often mentioned for the DS lite, which you would be able to get now for £ninety-astonishing new.

I'd definitely go with a PSP. The PSP Go isn't all that amazing so if your strapped for cash the normal one would be just fine. As for games I suggest getting Gran Turismo and maybe NBA 2K10. If you (or whoever you're getting it for) are more into fighting games I'd check out Mortal Kombat or Tekken (I'm not sure if Tekken is on PSP though). Hope that helped.

Of course PSP, because it has better graphics, better control, you can download music, games( dont buy them, they are expensive, download them ) download movies, download pictures, go wifi, take pics. you can change the background color, or change it to your fav. pic or something. Trust me it is worth it,

There are many games out there that are good, GTA and sims are a good start, GTA and God Of War is very addicting at first!!!!!
