Will there be a prequel/sequel to FFX?

Question

Final Fantasy X is one of my favorites in the Final Fantasy series. Now i know that FF7 is like the most beloved by pretty much everyone. its one of my favorites as well, but from what i read, FFX is the 2nd best in the series, or so they say, i personally think its pretty amazing myself. But will they make a movie, like they did for ff7*advent children*?

because after FFX-2 failed, i don't think they will make another one



i want a prequel ... the time of Braska and Jecht where Jech is the main character

Have you played FFX-2.....I thought it was pretty cool....I think it would be neat if there is a movie made on more Final Fantasy video games. I loved Advent Children and the graphics were amazing. But I have not heard anything on them making a movie......sorry.

I don't believe I have seen or heard of a prequel to FFX either....sorry again.

There already is a sequel to it, on FFX-2. And though there really isn't any strong evidence of it in the games, the creators have said that FFX and FF7 are connected (in a "people from Spira developed space travel and migrated to a new planet where they lost most of their technology; and the games are at least 1,000 years apart" kind of way).

I totally agree with Oxygen here. That would be the coolest thing ever if they made a prequel to FFX with Jecht, Auron, And Braska.Yea, you'd already know how it would end, but what a great game that would be. As long as the playability was like FFX and NOT like FFX-2.

I personally haven't played Final Fantasy X-2, but it does exist. I also heard that the game wasn't as great as the last one. I think that they should definitely do a cinematic version of Final Fantasy X.

I know FINAL FANTASY X-2 ,but I never play it.Final Fantasy X has what are, in my opinion, some of the best characters yet; you will come to really feel for them, especially the main characters Tidus and Yuna, whom the story is primarily focused on.
