I'm looking for a gathering addon on world of warcraft with preloaded nodes or nodes i can download.?

I am a miner, and i used Gatherer for a little bit, but i dont want to have to find the nodes before they are listed. I want an Addon so it tells me where veins and such are already. It would be best if I could install the Addon with curse, also.

Click the small circle button the min-map where it has a magnifying glass as a icon. From the sub-menu click minerals. This should display all nodes within the map range and are yellow icons.



If you're asking for a location of all nodes on the main map then my answer is there isn't such a thing. All nodes are randomly placed by the system therefore its impossible to predict the location of a single node.



Gatherer comes close to as helping you locate the best area to farm mats such as herbs and minerals.

Gatherer is (IMNSHO) the best addon available, but it doesn't have the nodes preloaded. I don't think there is anything out there that does; there are a few good sites for mining (i personally like this one: http://www.thenoobschool.com/worldofwarcraft/) but you will have to follow the routes and map the nodes for yourself.



Some of the nodes are pregenerated (i.e. always appear in the same location) but others appear randomly all over the map

Gatherer comes with a feature where you can download all the nodes and stuff from the Wowhead database. There should be a small button somewhere in the settings panel. Try searching for it a bit. Haven't played WoW in a while so can't remember exactly.
