With the game only being released this week - I have finished the game and played all endings you could possibly get and all the endings were great but there is one that stands out for me. The one I liked the most was returning to the living and picking the option to live with Zoey. I completely agree with Jodie that they had accepted her at a time of need and shared their stuff with her even they didn't know her. That really hit it home for me and really embraces my morals - they deserve to have Jodie. Even though you get a chance to teach Zoey what you know, the only thing that I didn't like about this option is that you don't get Aiden back.

With that said and for those that have beat the game - which of the ending do you like?

(Beyond)
Watching over the ones you love like an entity but unable to interact with them

(Living)
- Alone: not picking anyone and remaining on the road which soon discover that Aiden is still there

- Zoey: returning to the group you encounter in the "Homeless" memory but they have now left the bridge and moved into an apartment where all of them cleaning up their act, working to make ends meet. You learn that Zoey also has a gift that you can relate to and you help her to deal with it.

- Jay: the young man you meet in the "Navajo" memory. You return to the desert where where the brothers are working on the ranch and keeping up their family legacy. Jodie returns to with the bike she borrowed and decides to stay with them. She also realizes that Aiden has returned.

- Ryan: the CIA agent that you have several encounters in various memories. You realize your love for him and wait for him on his front porch which sends you to a trip to a secluded island on a sailboat. Aiden lets you know he still there with you by writing "still here" in the sand.

The ending where Jodie hits the road alone is not my favourite: the only company she has at the end is Aiden, and that can't be right: she chose the world of the living, so the least she could do is interact with the living people, and establish new relationships .

All the other four endings are great. Jodie made a choice, and that is respectable: most people are too afraid to do that. I don't think she made a stupid choice by going in the Afterworld, but I prefer the endings in which she meets Zoey, Jay and Ryan.

Other than that i don't mind the presence of Aidan by her side, i agree with you on that; she'll live with him forever even in the afterlife, and that's the same connection that me and my brother feel for each other: if the afterlife exists, i want to be with him, always.

This is a spoiler! But there's also an ending where you don't get to close the gate and the dark sun is taking over earth. That is by letting Jodie dying before she reaches the gate and by having Ryan killed by Nathan within the "Black Sun" episode! But to answer your question, i like the end in which Jodie returns to Ryan to be the best.
