Umm, exactly no. But if you level it up high enough, then when you evolve it into Delcatty with a moonstone, you'll have a lot of success in your game! Don't do what my brother did or I did and used a thunder stone on Pikachu (in Emerald) and the Raichu ends up being really weak! :)

To evolve skitty You need moon stone which can be found in meteor falls. If you have used it already or thrown it. You can also get it from lunatone. You need Kadabra or a pokemon which can learn thief or trick. you can steal from it. You can also use a gameshark code. To use moon stone Go to bag Switch to items Click on moon stone Choose Use Choose your Skitty Then Its gonna be delcatty thank you

don't worry my friend your skitty won't evelove unless you use a moonstone, it doesn't matter what other people say i read the answers and your skitty won't evolve in level 100 it can only evolve with a moonstone so if you don't want it to evolve then just don't give it a moonstone.

i know this stuff because i have the pokemon emerald guide book and i know everything there is to know about pokemon becasue i have been researching in lots of websites before i get my pokemon games so i know what to do when i get it.

The only condition is that there must be a Moon Stone to stimulate the evolution. Anything else does not matter.



Therefore, you can evolve anytime you want.
