Error occur while starting game :-(?

Question

I have getting this error message cant even start the game the system cannot find the file specified...

when JIT debugging is enabled,any unhandled execption will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer rather than be handled by this dialog box....... Please help me to solve this error i love this game very much!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my system config: core i5 processor with 6gb ram,windows 7.... It will run in my system?????
