pokemon white invisible items?

Question

i have a pokemon white uk version and i have used action replay codes. one code i used was all items. now at the bottom of my bag several items seem to be invisible/non existant. also when i select them the game freezes. Once i momentarally got a look at the items, one was sacred ash and another some sort of drink in half of a coconut shell?

any ideas on how this happened?

the action replay goes into the script of a game to change it. this can mess up the game and put things that shouldnt be there in the game. Sacred ash is a hold item from Ho-Oh that fully revives all of your pokemon with full health. so this will crash your games because it cannot run the script for it. it is not in the game therefore when the game gets to that code it will freeze and crash.
