What is the best hunting game for Xbox 360?

I'm looking in to buying a hunting game for my Xbox 360 and wanted to make sure i got a game with good graphics. My favorite of the hunting games is Cabela's Big Game Hunter but i wasn't impressed with the 2012 reviews and i'd much rather use a controller to shoot than the gun and it seemed like the graphics for it weren't the best. My thought was 2011 BGH but i could use help from other people, thanks!

Killing deer or horses with dynamite

Hunting a cougar or mountain lion with only your knife

Or hunting Grizzy Bears with throwing knives



What hunting game has all that and more?

Well everyone else who answered this question so far was an idiot. They are obviously looking for hunting games along the same game style as Cabela's, i'd recommend BGH 2011 if you're actually looking for deer hunting games. Definitely not Red Dead Redemption, Skyim, or GTA 4. Just because they have guns do not make them hunting games.

I know it's not a real hunting game, BUT Skyrim is pretty legit. I hunt dragons, trolls, bandits, orcs, bears, elk, mad wizards, giants, and even mammoths. Graphics are insane and you will seriously become physically exhausted from playing it because there is so much to do.
