Should I get Zoo tycoon 2?

Should i get Zoo tycoon 2 i 16 year old. Will zoo tycoon work on my computer.

Computer: Sony vaio vista

Storage: 160GB SATA (5400Rpm)

Memory: 2GB (4GB maximun)

Graphics Media Accelerator: 4500M

Home Premium with service pack 1

ram:2.GB

According to the microsoft website, the minimum system requirements for Zoo Tycoon 2 are:



A Pentium 733 megahertz (MHz) or higher processor.

One of the following operating systems:

Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition

Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me)

Microsoft Windows 2000

Microsoft Windows XP

Windows Vista

256 megabytes (MB) of RAM.

A hard disk with at least 900 MB of available space.

A 4x speed or higher CD drive.

A Direct3D-compatible super VGA graphics adaptor with at least 16 MB of Video RAM (VRAM).

A keyboard and a Microsoft mouse or compatible pointing device.

A sound card and speakers or headphones.

DirectX 9.0b or a later version.

Internet access to download optional content.

A supported graphics adaptor with at least 16 MB of memory.



Since your computer is capable of running Vista you should be all set to run Zoo Tycoon 2 as well. You can check the complete system specs of your machine through the following process:



Click Start, type dxdiag in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.



If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.

Click the System tab. Note the information for the processor and for the memory.

Click the Display tab. In the Device section, note the name of the video card and its Approx. Total Memory.

Click Exit.

i am not sure if it will work but probably. The best way to find out would be to go to a shop and look at the back of the box, right at the bottom for the requirements.

BUT, I got zoo tycoon 2, when I was 14, I do not reccomend it for someone who is 16, it should be for people aged like 7 or 8!!!!!

Its fun for the first hour then _____

Also it is not challenging, got good graphics, fun, or violent LOL.

I would not reccomend someone aged 16 getting it!

I would say Zoo Tycoon 2 on PC. Reasons, 2 is better than thefirst as it is newer will get updates more than the original. I would have it on PC so there is better graphics and a lot more you cna do with it such as expansion packs etc.

i thought zoo tycoon 1 was better than 2, but if you want the one with better graphics i'd get zoo tycoon 2
