I lost the booklet for my Sims 2 (the original disc) and I need to install it, none of the codes I've found online have worked so far. It's from Amazon UK and another code from a disc from Amazon has worked before, but any UK code might work. Thanks xoxo

Also, I'm not sure if I'm putting the code in correctly - do you just type the letters/numbers in exactly as you see them? Cap locks? Spaces?

I had exactly the same problem, I emailed ea customer services and there were really good and replied quickly, this is what their response was:

"scan the disk of the game with a piece of paper with your full name, signature and date.

Once you have scanned and signed the disk, please attach the image to an email and send it as a reply. Please make sure that the SKU number on the printed side of the disk is clear and visible. Once we receive this information, we will be able to fix this concern as quickly as possible."

Within about two days they sent me a new code :)

Their email address is - customerservice@ea.com

You need to type it in as you see it, so if it is capitals use capitals and when you should have four letters/numbers in each box, well that is what it is like fr sims 3 so it should be the same.

Hope I helped :)

CanĀ“t help you with getting a code, that is not my area of expertise, but i do know that the code should bee typed in exactly as it is, with Caps Lock, numbers, spaces.. it all ;)
