I've lost my sims 2 bon voyage CD, if I buy a new one, will I be able to play off of that CD?

OK, here's the story. I have all of the Sims 2 expansions packs and stuff packs, including bon voyage [bon voyage is the one I put in my computer to play]. Problem is, I've lost my bon voyage CD! If I go to the store and buy another CD of The Sims 2 Bon Voyage, can I play it and have the same save games and houses and families that I had when I played before with my other bon voyage CD?
