Why isn't my league of legends start!!?

retrieving version information......all updates complete but the play button doesn't work it don't start server status blocked undefined i have also tried the up down thing it still doesn't work or maybe im using it the wrong way anyway somebody please help me i really want to play

The up down code doesn't work anymore, as too many people have been using it when the servers are busy. Usually it is set to this if they are just preventing new players from joining, either before a patch or if there are too many people on them. Don't worry, it doesn't usually last too long.
