Desmume save file problem on Pokemon Black...?

RIGHT. I started playing Pokemon Black a few days ago, and I saved right at the beginning, only to accidentally choose the wrong starter I wanted. I thought no biggie, i'll just reset the program and start a new game, not knowing that simply starting a new game doesn't overwrite the previous save. I just used the save states instead, tricking the game into thinking I've played the entire game without actually saving. I have gotten very close to the end, and I realised that to continue after the credits, I need to save, but I can't, because of the save at the very start.

Is there anyway using the emulator or not, to delete the saved game while still IN the game? Is there an action replay code or anything? I really do not want to start the game all over again because of crappy handiwork by Nintendo.

I haven't tested this AR code, but from my source it states it can save your game. ( It says to fix No$GBA saving problem but it also states it can save for you. )

You can't delete the save file from within the game. However, you can change the species of your starter to the species you want. First, convert your .dsv to a .sav (and vice versa) with this tool:

Open up the .sav in PokeSav for Black and White:

You'll be able to change its species. When you're done, convert the save file back to a .dsv, and you're good to go.

T1. The handiwork is in no way crap. Gamefreak in particular pays great detail in making their games, and the series is one of the most successful gaming, anime and merchandise examples in our current market. You just havnt shown particular care in playing your pirated game.
