what are some of the best mods in world of warcraft?

i have some experience 2 lvl 15 but thats not much and i havent played in a long time my friend has a lvl 80 and gave me a good leveling strategy i just need a few good mods and a good mod site

2 Level 15s? Wouldn't worry about it too much.

AtlasLoot Enhanced is a good option however as you can have a look at where the loot is you should be aiming for around your level.

Aside from that, don't worry too much about addons until late 50s/60s.



I'm not a fan of thottbot at all. I'd highly recommend www.wowhead.com

It has much better detail and everything is set out a lot better. There's also not as many morons leaving idiotic comments under everything.



Once you get higher, make it a priority to get the latest edition of a thing called Deadly Boss Mods (better known just as DBM) and perhaps recount.

Threat meters aren't too important, the built-in one is good enough, just stay under 90% :P



-edit- Did I genuinely get rated down because I dissed thottbot? Jesus christ. Thottbot may have been the original, yes, but the reason why wowhead is much more successful is idiotic comments like "HUNTER WEAPON!!!!!" under everything are removed and only useful information is left.

Much better descriptions on how to obtain things and good tactics laid out which helps if you need a quick recap.

I use carbonite and questhelper for leveling.I have 5 80's under my belt and these two mods helped me a bunch.They cut off hours of grinding and having to look up quests.If you do need to look up a quest or anything related to a quest I use.Thottbot and Wowwiki.
