Otherwise, Neopets is free. The "cost" of things uses your points, which you use by visiting, buying, selling, and winning games at the Plaza.

It is, but the NC mall is a place where you can 'customize' your pet by buying it clothes, a background, accessories, etc. But you can also get these 'free' by using neopoints- but they just aren't as "good" as the cash ones (what you buy with neocash cannot be sold or given away for neocash or neopoints). You can also buy a premium service but that's just as dumb. The free account works wonderfully.

neopets suck because i think they suck
