DAEMON ...I have never used it before(or any other mounting tools) and wanna use it to install nfs carbon.?

I just downloaded the nfs carbon game as a torrent. I now wanna know how to use the daemon tools 4.30 version to mount the game. Also tell me which file to mount... the file extension that is.
