I have been playing wow for around 4 years and have been on the same server. I am tired of the same old server, and the same old players that are mostly douchebags. So, i'm looking for a new server that would be best for me. I never got to 80 (only 74) because of the expansions and me quitting random times.

In short, looking for an alliance server with any range of populace as long as they are friendly, including raiding guilds/groups on cities and/or instances, and it to be pvp or pve. No rp servers.

I've changed servers multiple times, and to be honest, there are douchebags on every server, your best bet is simply just to pick a random server.

I used to scope out all the servers, but after the first couple of transfers or new characters made (I like to start fresh characters on different servers) I ended up picking at random, and it's probably your best bet!

If you're not up for picking a random server, you should find a large guild or levelling guild willing to accept you through the forums, that way making friends quickly.

You could scope out different servers but imo it's a waste of time.

I've played on Zul'jin, Trollbane, Lothar, Bloodhoof, Cairne, hmm thats all I can remember at the moment (not all transfers, fresh character starts too - random picking is actually really good and I havent moved server since doing so)

I've played on 7 servers.... 4 regular, 1 RP and 2 PVP servers and it's all the same.

There are "douche bags" everywhere in WoW.

I've quit several times too and recently just got back, it's trial and error, let's face it, most servers are in fact filled with douches.

check out www.warcraftrealms.com for a census listing of the different servers.
