Starwars Republic Commando is not officially supported on anything higher than Windows XP. However, you can try doing the following:

- Go into the Graphics Options in the game

- Find Bump Mapping and turn it to Low

- Start a new game

@W4bark: why in the nine hells are you giving tech advice about hard drives? The OP is CLEARLY asking about running Starwars Republic Commando.

i'm particularly particular that there will be a 1/3 given the popularity of the appropriate 2 video games. i'm hoping the concentration will shift back Revan. i think of of the 1st replaced into the main important appropriate. i might desire to decide for to substantiate the sequence flow to real-time attempt against. I additionally does no longer anticipate to substantiate this activity until 2008. A next-gen action image celebrity Wars activity is already in the works. It seems astonishing.

Your laptop uses a 5400-rpm HDD on System C:/drive../

Change that to a 7200-rpm HDD..

The Processor is a AMD 1.3 GHz../

...I need to check that../be right back../

===

It seems to be the System C:/drive..at 5400-rpm

You need to find a 7200-rpm HDD that is compatible..

I would suggest a Western Digital Green/HDD 7200-rpm@160-GB's../

===

You might need a Clean re-install of the OS..

So--if you do replace the slow HDD with a faster newer design..

Do--the Clean re-install..NOT--a Transfer/
