Where do i find the updates required to play Battlefield 3 on Xbox Live?

I was downloading a new update "required" to play Battle Field 3 on Xbox live. my controller fell on the ground during the download and canceled. Now when i log on to Battlefield 3 it signs me off of Xbox Live and won't let me on. How do i find the update and download it?
